About Us
We would like to wish you a very pleasant stay in our Hotel where we try and create a traditional family atmosphere for both our daily customers and residents alike. Here at The Hare & Barrel we have 16 en-suite bedrooms 10 of which have been converted from the original coach house and stables. The oldest part of the hotel dates from 1806 when it was a manor house owning all the land down to the river. In the main body of the hotel you will find a comfortable lounge bar, restaurant, games room, conservatory and partially covered patio where on those rare balmy summer evenings it is a joy to sit under and relax with friends.
We do hope you will enjoy your stay with us as we try to create a friendly home from home environment, where after a short while you will feel you are in the company of old friends!
